BLCK Detroit Return & Exchange Policy

At BLCK Detroit, each piece is made with purpose—and made just for you. Because all our apparel is made-to-order, we do not accept traditional returns. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will always make things right if something isn't up to standard.

🔁 Exchanges & Replacements

We only offer exchanges or replacements in the following cases:

• The item received is defective or damaged

• You received the wrong item or size from what was ordered

If this applies to your order, contact us at [your support email] within 7 days of receiving your package. Please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a free replacement or an exchange where applicable.

📏 Sizing Issues

Because we print each shirt when it's ordered, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues.
Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions—we’re here to help!

⏱ Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your item enters production and cannot be modified.

📦 Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, please reach out immediately. We’ll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and get your gear to you.
